cozy breakfast well designed lighting helpful staff
the breakfast area felt VERY cozy in its enclosed backyard. The lighting had a VERY WELL DESIGNED feel. I also found the staff to be helpful and friendly.
It was a little difficult to find parking. I had to park elsewhere.

The hotel staff was first class. They did everything possible . The rooms were clean and very comfortable.
My room with a bathtub was not renovated. Workers started drilling at 8 a.m., which was disruptive. I was offered a renovated room with a shower or a non-renovated one with a bathtub. I was not told about the early start time for the work.

I found the staff very knowledgeable about the area. They offered helpful tips. the rooftop had lovely views. carlos at the front desk was friendly. the hotel also gave me a cake for my birthday, a nice touch.
the bathroom basin being separate at the entrance to the room felt a little odd, though!

arancha provided amazing check-in service, explaining everything thoroughly with helpful advice. they even booked a restaurant and a flamenco show for us, helpful. this level of attentiveness made our arrival much easier. the staff enhanced our experience.

The room had comfortable beds, which ensured restful nights . the shower worked well, offering a good water pressure. And the room was very clean. it met my expectations for a comfortable hotel room.
